As a rule, I'd automatically rule out most pages over $10, but don't immediately rule out pages in the $6 to $10 range. That's often the sweet spot where you get the best value, and subs in that price range are typically less stingy than girls who charge $15+. There are still plenty of good pages $6 or less, though.
